But this is custom work and you would have to work with a developer to decide how to implement it, and you would want to do it in such a way that it doesn't impact the core plugin so you can still upgrade.</p> <p>The easiest solution is to put a selection field on the form where the user selects which department he is trying to contact. If you base routing rules on an admin only field then it's most likely going to have a default value which means the value is never going to change.</p> <p>Admin only fields are typically for use in the admin area, setting status, etc. Notifications are only sent when the form is submitted so unless the value of this admin only field is going to vary when the form is submitted then routing based on this won't be of much use.</p> <p>Notifications aren't triggered by editing an entry. Is this possible?</p> <p>I'd like to have this feature customized for me if not. I am willing to pay for this of course. </p>
