I think that's the best approach: contacting Apple regarding their Safari defaults. It's nothing we can control on our end. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the prompt response - unfortunately I can't post a link, this form is located in a company intranet with access only to employees....

That page was very helpful, but it's a shame that any Safari user would have to figure that out for themselves - seems like it would make far more sense to have the default be the opposite, and let people disable tabbing to all fields if they choose to. Thankfully there are only two Mac/Safari users in this particular company, so I can easily explain to them how to correct that behaviour.

I'll also send a suggestion to Apple to make tabbing to all fields the default.

Can you post a link to your site please where the form is embedded? Then we can take a look.

Also, what version of Safari and on what OS?

Finally, it looks like this might be default behavior for Safari?
http://www.lost-in-code.com/software/mac-os-x/safari-tabindex/

By default, Safari ignores the pressing of the tab button on the keyboard to follow the tab index of fields, specifically on checkbox and radio button fields.

That may or may not be relevant. We'd be happy to take a look if you give us a little more information. Thank you.

This seems to be a problem only in Safari, and while I realize it isn't your problem with the plugin, I'm hoping someone can help.....

Right now - in Safari - tabbing between fields in a form skips over any radio buttons......is there any way to be sure that radio button options are included in the tab index?

Thanks for any advice,
Trisha
