Hey Pam, here is the documentation/instructions for the PayPal add-on. People do what you are looking to do all the time with Gravity Forms. Let me know if this doesn't help you out:

Yes, I purposefully ordered the developers license for that very reason. But there doesn't seem to be any way to get Paypal involved in the form. I downloaded the Paypal Addon and activated it, but when I hit the submit button on the test form I made, all it does is say "Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly", as if it was a request for tech support or something. I was hoping that this product would be able to set the form up to go directly to a Paypal window so the person could pay for it, and then to another page where they would get their download instructions. I see that on many of the products that I have bought online, and was hoping I could do it with Gravity Forms. I have tried to find some instructions on how to do this, but there doesn't seem to be anything. I feel like I am the first person to have purchased Gravity Forms for this purpose.

Thanks for the response

Pam

Pamela, did you purchase the developer license? If so, you have access to the PayPal add-on. That will allow you to do what you are looking for.

I need to create a form so that people can order my book. I need to have a way for them to fill in their information, and then be taken to Paypal to pay for it. Is there any way to do this with Gravity Forms? From what I have seen, it appears to be mostly a way to get people to sign up for a newsletter.

I hope I didn't waste my money purchasing this, because this is mainly what I need to do.

Thanks

Pamela Anders
