It would be great if there was a way to add a parameter on the FORMS page to indicate if it is a lead or case form. If a lead then use the above statement, if a case use the following</p> <p>$result = wp_remote_post('https://'.$sub.'.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.WebToCase?encoding=UTF-8', $args);</p> <p>It could be simple radio button much like the salesforce button that is already there - except the button would only be active when the 'integrate with salesforce' radio button is clicked. </p>
