I have a custom taxonomy field "city" that I want to setup in a gravity form and "Save to Taxonomy" -- to the country taxonomy. It won't let me do this because the country taxonomy is hierarchical. I'm pretty sure that the taxonomy needs to be hierarchical to work -- and can't figure out why I cannot do this. </p>
