I realized after it had expired today that I needed it to continue. I went back into my form and unchecked the schedule form button thinking that would make the form go live again. Now the page is empty but I did notice that the form is actually there but in the first div tag the style=display:none; which is hiding the form from view. I made sure that box is unchecked for the scheduled form. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. </p>
