			<description>&#60;p&#62;That's not currently possible in the admin view of the entries.  You can sort entries by clicking on a column header, but that will not work well for you, I don't think.  The only workaround I can think of right now is to export the entries as CSV, and view/sort/search them in a spreadsheet program.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Is there anyway to add a function where by your just search a single column/field of the entries rather than everything. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm imagining a dropdown next to the search field.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;An example being a list of entries that include 'Current Job Title' and 'Job applied for' will almost definitely have similar results in each field. The user however wants to isolate the people applying for a particular job. Currently they'd also see those in a job with the same title as well.
