I have a page on my website that will require visitors to input their name and a 10-digit code via a simple two-field form along with a submit button.<br /> I want to use this information (ie, name and code) to populate a printable card that will appear after the visitor clicks the submit button.<br /> Can someone please tell me how to go about doing this with gravity forms?
