To select multiple items in a multi-select, you hold CTRL and click the item. To select all items, you can click the top item, then scroll to the bottom and hold shift and click the bottom item. That will select all items in between the two selections.</p> <p>Maybe you would like to click the "Enable enhanced user interface" which some users find easier to use in a multi-select field.
