To keep your customizations safe from future upgrades of your theme, you'll either need to look at their documentation for the "safe" place to put custom code (most themes that provide updates have a place for custom code) or create your own.</p> <p>If you're not worried about future upgrades of your theme, then I'd add the code wherever your theme initializes it's other javascript functions.
