In that case, I think I would add an email field to the form, and mark the <a href="http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-feature-highlight-admin-only-visibility/" rel="nofollow">visibility admin only</a>. Set the Default Value to <strong>{user:user_email}</strong> (the merge tag is available in the drop down.
