The goal for the form builder is to send business leads to members within their organization. </p> <p>Does your plugin have the ability to create a form, and for one of the fields include checkboxes with names in them that are linked to email addresses?<br /> This way the form is sent directly to the selected members email addresses.<br /> They would also like add a field to add additional email addressed not listed as check boxes.</p> <p>Your plugin came highly recommended and I think it may do the trick, but I would like to make sure before purchasing.
