			<description>&#60;p&#62;It would be great if rather than the single &#34;form expired message&#34; that displays both after a form has expired _and_ before a form is available, if a &#34;form not yet available message&#34; field was offered. That way, there could be some kind of &#34;We will begin accepting applications on [day/time]&#34; message that displays until the form appears, then a different &#34;sorry, too late!&#34; message that appears once the form expires.
