You're welcome. What you want to achieve is completely possible with Gravity Forms and a little help from WordPress.

1. no problem

2. To make this happen, just show the page with the form on it to registered users only. If the user is not registered, show them the log in or register link. This would be controlled with a WordPress plugin, not Gravity Forms.

There are lots of results in the WordPress.org repository and lots of results when searching Google for the same. Here is a very good recent explanation:
http://digwp.com/2011/08/how-to-redirect-logged-in-users/

Hello

This is the functionality I need - can Gravity Forms (GF) do this?

1. User registers with user registration plugin.

2. They then submit an order on another form.
I want to make sure that they are logged in and that only logged in users can submit a form.

a) Can GF check this?
b) Can GF redirct non-logged in users to a log in screen?

Thanks
