Any developer that feels comfortable with PHP could probably get the job done. </p> <p>You could set the number of submissions within the Gravity Form itself, but it wouldn't react the way you've listed without some additional coding. Usually, when Gravity Forms max submissions are reach the form closes, and a message is displayed notifying visitors. </p> <p>This functionality you mention regarding max submissions / current submissions and submissions left sounds like the perfect thing for someone to create as an add-on. You could combine some code and do this yourself, but it would require a bit of PHP to pull off.
