We have two sets of users.

Member Pro: Can submit content and it is directly published
Member Lite: Can submit content and it is held for moderation (i.e. post status = pending review)

Is there a way that gravity forms (by way of hook or filter I'm guessing) can detect the user role of the logged in user and then set the post status accordingly? If so where should I look to build something like this? Or does it already exist? I would love some advice.

Thanks!
