First of all thank you guys for releasing this add-on :)

I too would like to be able to assign numerical values to answers as per the post by drmac10. If I could then insert the results into a table (with a final score) that would be the cherry on the top for me.

Thumbs up, keep up the good work!

Weighting is not currently supported. I'm afraid the add-on will not currently be able to help you achieve what you want to do. I've brought this to the attention of the development team, and they're aware of your request. Thank you.

I'm trying to setup an assessment survey using the Gravity Forms Quiz Add On plugin. From my initial attempts, it appears that the plugin only allows you to choose one correct answer when utilizing the multiple choice selection.

What I'm needing is the ability to add values to each field so that the answers selected add up to a certain range of numbers that fall within the parameters of our scoring sheet.

For example, if my question looks like this:

What percentage of your practice’s collections are received from a third party payor?

a. less than 10%
b. 10%-50%
c. 50%-90%
d. greater than 90%

And has a scoring key setup like this:

a. 5
b. 2
c. 1
d. 0

So that when one answers the survey the form automatically adds the scoring numbers for each question into a total sum value that are attached to a final assumption of the participants situation.

Can this be done? If so, how?

Thanks for your time!
