From my initial attempts, it appears that the plugin only allows you to choose one correct answer when utilizing the multiple choice selection. </p> <p>What I'm needing is the ability to add values to each field so that the answers selected add up to a certain range of numbers that fall within the parameters of our scoring sheet.</p> <p>For example, if my question looks like this:</p> <p>What percentage of your practice’s collections are received from a third party payor?</p> <p>a. less than 10%<br /> b. 10%-50%<br /> c. 50%-90%<br /> d. greater than 90%</p> <p>And has a scoring key setup like this:</p> <p>a. 5<br /> b. 2<br /> c. 1<br /> d. 0</p> <p>So that when one answers the survey the form automatically adds the scoring numbers for each question into a total sum value that are attached to a final assumption of the participants situation.</p> <p>Can this be done?
