I just had a similar problem, where a wordpress plugin installed (Sliding Read More) was calling on jquery. It was only a problem is I was using conditional logic on the form. I just logged into the Sliding Read More plugin settings and removed the call to jquery.

Now both gravity forms works and so does the Sliding Read More plugin :)

Cheers,
John

Laura, try it out and see if that solves for it. It could actually be that easy. Let me know how it goes.

Rob,

I know where that line of code is (header.php)...so I guess I can't just change 1.3.2 to 1.7.1 in that one line? Because a) that would be waaaay too easy and b) developer logic usually isn't in tune with mine.

I do have an email in to the theme developers but since I'm on the East Coast and they're in Australia, it may be a bit before I hear from them.

Do you have access to your theme developer? Every theme is different so it's hard to tell you exactly how to fix it or what would be the best way. Especially if you get regular theme updates from the theme developer, which could potentially overwrite a change I suggest to you to make.

Rob,

Thank you.

<stupid question>How do I fix this?</stupid question>

I'll freely admit that I don't know how to change this.

Hey Laura, it appears that your theme is including an older version of jQuery that is overwriting the latest version of jQuery. Gravity Forms uses and requires the latest version of jQuery (that ships with WordPress). Some plugins and themes improperly incorporate older versions of jQuery that quickly become stale because they are not including them by using the version that is shipped with WordPress. See this screenshot. Getting rid of this older call should resolve your problem.

Hi all,

I have a number of multi-page forms that are no longer working (or even appearing) on our site. An example is here:

http://www.brewbeagles.org/brew-adoption-process/adoption-application

(Imagine a form on that page!)

Anyway, any suggestions? We're dead in the water (we rescue dogs) without that form.
