It was only a problem is I was using conditional logic on the form. Every theme is different so it's hard to tell you exactly how to fix it or what would be the best way. Gravity Forms uses and requires the latest version of jQuery (that ships with WordPress). Some plugins and themes improperly incorporate older versions of jQuery that quickly become stale because they are not including them by using the version that is shipped with WordPress. See this <a href="http://www.evernote.com/shard/s212/sh/a49cba17-ca78-4f62-9458-9971a9ff6bc3/904c545757b7b5304a466eb6b4159045" rel="nofollow">screenshot</a>.
