You can collect additional information in custom fields and map them to profile fields. However, those will not be displayed on the user's profile unless you customize their profile. Here is an explanation from Justin Tadlock of one way to do it:

http://justintadlock.com/archives/2009/09/10/adding-and-using-custom-user-profile-fields

There are other explanations online as well.

Software I'm using:
- Gravity Forms: 1.6.11
- Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On: 1.5.beta1
- Wordpress (single site): 3.5

I have created both a registration form and an update form. It's OK for users who will not have access at all to the Wordpress dashboard. The problem right now if with the website Administrator. I need that him/her could see users data (edit information is not mandatory). I thought that the easiest way will be access to the user profile within the dashboard, but the users profile don't show new fields/meta data created with Gravity forms.

Any advice on this?
