I can't think of a way to do it without using two forms. You can hide a complete form by making it available only to registered users, but I can't think of a way to hide just one part of the form.

I tried pre-populating the user name with the logged in user merge tag {user:user_login} but if that is pre-populated or typed in, the conditional logic is triggered in the same way.

There might be another way to do it, but I can't think of one right now. I will leave the topic open for further discussion and ideas.

I have a form created using User Registration add-on...The form consists of two parts

part 1. Username, password, email fields used to create the account.

part2. is filled with Post Fields; body, title etc

A user can subscribe without posting their own story ( but they can then comment etc) but if they later decide to post a story I do not wish for them to be presented with the first apart of the form ( as they have already created a account).

I know I can accomplish this with two forms but I would like to do it with one. When it is done with two forms you affectingly have two entries in the admin.

Can anyone help please?

Basically I just want to show no-registered users the whole form and to users that have registered only show the 2nd part of the form.

Thanks
