The first item on my form is a multiple choice with the types of membership available and the price. For example:</p> <p># $30 - Single<br /> # $45 - Family (up to 3 members in the same household)<br /> # $20 - Student (ID Required)<br /> # $20 - Senior (62+)</p> <p>Then the next quarter it would become:</p> <p># $22.50 - Single<br /> # $33.75 - Family (up to 3 members in the same household)<br /> # $15.00 - Student (ID Required)<br /> # $15.00 - Senior (62+)</p> <p>I was thinking of creating four different sets of these, one for each quarter of the year and then only having one visible. Is there a way to do this? </p>
