It's def something going on at the theme level. Can you shoot me an email to rob@rocketgenius.com and reference this post and we'll see about getting something figured out.

So, I tried a different template and but know it looks like this, http://www.cellaradvisors.com/contact-us/pre-project-questionnaire/

Is there an easier way to fix this?

Sorry, Rob. It is fine now cause I just reverted the change I had made when I was messing with the theme.

Is there a way to easily fix the width of the Gravity form so that it won't move down the right column? Or what would you suggest?

Again, thanks for all of your help thus far, it is much appreciated.

That link looks to be showing fine. If that's the case can you just do whatever change you did on the other page too?

What is your suggestion to fix it? Do I need to set the widths in the theme template? I think it has something to do with, <div class="form-holder"> as when I remove it from the template on this page, http://www.cellaradvisors.com/contact-us/shipment-questionnaire/. It does the same thing.

We aren't sure what to do the people that designed this we are no longer working with and it seems like they made everything really complicated.

Looks like there is something wrong with your theme template markup. If you look at this Screenshot you will see that the form is sitting outside of the left content div.

I have posted a gravity form on a page with a sidebar. For some reason the gravity form is formatting full screen and pushing my sidebar below the end of the form.

I am not sure how to fix this formatting issue. I have a screen shot but I am not sure how to post it here for you to see. Currently the page is unpublished. If you need to see the page let me know and I can publish it and/or get you a screen shot.
