And now everything is back to being activated... and the signature file works fine. Not sure how that happened. I deleted a few inactive plugins... but I don't see how that could have affected it. I've ran debug mode on WP and get no errors relating to Gravity forms or to that page. GD Library is installed and active. Also all server requirements are met.
