Thanks David,

The problem is now resolved. It did not have anything to do with Gravity Forms plugin but thanks for your quick response and thoughtful ideas anyway.

Bill

Is it possible that cloudflare is involved? Can you remove that easily and test without it?

Hi Bill, can you or your host check to see if there is a PHP error log being written that might help pinpoint the issues you are having. Also, ask your host to give you information regarding your memory usage and allowance (Both server and PHP available).

To deactivate GF from FTP, just delete the folder. All your entries and forms are stored in your database.

As for our troubleshooting steps, they are available here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

website: http://www.hollyhouse.org
GF: latest version

Hi,

I hadn't worked on this site until a couple / few weeks ago and have been working on it (mostly content) since. As far as I know, site had been working fine. One of the 1st things I did recently was install GF. We believe that we have been noticing a gradual degeneration since. 1st slowing, then connection time outs, now no connection. So far, host (Dreamhost) doesn't see anything on their end.

GF working fine otherwise. Have done alot of work with it already. Greatly enjoy it, in fact.

Other Info:
A week ago I also installed a plugin called j query collapse-o-matic. That's it for new plugins.
My auto backup plugin (wp-db-backup) was saving weekly backup like clock work until failing this week.
I still have FTP access.
I tried to download wp-content folder. All did not download including several plugins including GF and collapse-o-matic but others too.

I'm not sure what info I need to give you to help me. My tech abilities are not very deep.

Here's my thinking unless you have a better idea:

Ck host server - done.

Ck for Plug In conflict.

Is there a way to deactivate GF from file structure via FTP?

Assuming this is possible, do you know whether there is a standard way of doing this or must I ck with each plugin developer separately?

If that doesn't do it, not sure and I guess it would be outside your scope.

Anyway, let me know what you can advise. Appreciate it!
