I just wanted to follow up on this to say that this feature would be awesome. It would work for things like registration options on a form, inventory, etc. In my head it looks like setting a maximum number of times that item can be selected/submitted before the field is removed. I know a lot easier to say than to do I'm sure. Currently I can't think of an easy solution off the top of my head, other than using CSS to hide the field. </p> <p>There is no inventory capability, it's designed for simple order forms where inventory typically isn't a concern. However I can look into seeing how we can better handle this in the future. At the very least allow a Product field to be set to Admin Only so it's still available on the form but isn't shown to users, so then it can be re-activated by being changed so Everyone can see it again.</p> <p>To hide the field with CSS you would edit the field, select the advanced tab and in the CSS Class name you would enter gform_hidden.
