Sorry if I wasn't clear with my explanation, when a form is submitted as well as an email notification being sent the entries are also stored in the Wordpress database. Under the gravity forms control panel in the wordpress admin there is a section where you can view these form entries displayed in a table layout. You can select a couple of the forms fields to display in the tables columns, one of which could be the URL of the page from where the form was submitted from, you can then select the entries and either mark them as read, spam, send to trash, add or remove stars, print or resend the email notification. You can also select one of the entries and open up a more detailed view where you can add your own notes say for example recording the progress of dealing with the enquiry.

Richard,
Thank you for your reply. The first part is crystal clear but I do not entirely understand the 2nd part, ie 'The same goes for the actual entries page in the wordpress admin, you can add the url as one of the columns that is visible in the list of received entries for the form.' Can you please clarify.
Many thanks/JOHN

The short answer is yes..

When you setup the notification email that is sent when a new form entry is made you can customise it to include the url (embed url) of the page that the form was on when it was submitted. The same goes for the actual entries page in the wordpress admin, you can add the url as one of the columns that is visible in the list of received entries for the form.

Hope this helps,
Richard

will gravity forms let me know which page a request came from, eg if I have an enquiry form on each property specific page on a real estate site - will I be able to tell which property the sender in enquiring about?
I look forward to hearing from you/JOHN
