			<description>&#60;p&#62;You can get the ID of the actual fields by looking at the source of the page the form is embedded in or with a debugging tool like Chrome developer tools (built in to the Chrome browser) or the Web Developer Toolbar for Firefox, or Firebug.  &#60;/p&#62;
