Sorry Chris, I didn't see there was a reply.

I've gone through all the testing of conflicts, and that took quite a while as there seems to be two conflicts.

The first conflict, creating the spinning wheel is caused by BuddyPress. I'm not sure why that should be causing a conflict though, as it is supposed to be a replacement for the BuddyPress registration form.

The second conflict is caused by another plugin, and this doesn't cause a spinning wheel, it just causes the form to do nothing, much like the spinning wheel without the wheel, it does actually add the user.

This is the other plugin:
http://codecanyon.net/item/5sec-run-php/161343

Thanks,

Joe

BuddyPress and bbPress can certainly interfere with this, especially BuddyPress, since it can register its own users as well. We'll be at a disadvantage if we cannot test while those plugins are active.

Can you disable AJAX on the form and see if it submits at that point? And possibly remove the Picatcha? We need to reduce the number of variables so we can find the conflict.

I've just gone through my plugins, and got to the point where I only had the following, but the same problem persists:

bbPress
BuddyPress
Gravity Forms
Gravity Forms - Picatcha Add-On
Gravity Forms - user Registration Add-On

Thanks.

Please post a URL to the page which holds your registration form so we can take a look at it.

You can begin by troubleshooting for theme and plugin conflicts by following the instructions found here http://rkt.gs/testing

I'm testing out the user registration add-on for my site, but whenever I click the submit button, the spinning wheel just keeps on going around, and nothing more.

The user is being created, but there is nothing to show that, as it just looks like nothing is happening.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks.
