I think I have a similar question.
Looking to have the site but ONLY need the https to show on the pages with forms!

I'm new to SSL and the way they work as well.

I have an SSL purchased and ready to roll with our host. Host support said it was as simple as directing the domain's A Record to the dedicated IP that the SSL provides. Ok. Now what?

First, do we need to do anything special in wordpress? (again, not necessary that ALL the pages read https://)

Next, from the sounds of it, there is a "Force HTTPS" option with Gravity Forms?
I saw the plugin and that looks great; we'll look into more of that, but from tcs's post [Have you tried checking the force ssl box in the advanced options of the credit card field.], it sounds like the Credit Card Add-on **aslo** comes with a "force SSL" (without the need for an extra plugin)

Any insight? Resources? What are our next steps from having an SSL set up and ready to roll – to getting the particular pages that have the form to reflect that https:// presence?

Thanks, long lover of GF

TCS is right. Try the WordPress HTTPS plugin and let us know if that gives you what you want.

Have you tried checking the force ssl box in the advanced options of the credit card field. Also you can download the Wordpress https plugin which allows you to set pages to https.

Hi, what's the way to handle secure URL's on a form?

If I insert the shortcode into a page for a form, it shows up as http:// so I get the "unsecure payment" red box around the credit card form.

We have an SSL. I just want to know how to make the form load up with https:// rather than http://

I could link to it, but it seems like I'm missing something silly. Thanks.
