I changed out themes, replaced a few things etc... then it was detective work with the plugins. Crazy thing I kept all my add-on GF plugins active as well. Finally after sometime found out it was the poll add-on that was doing it. Deactivated it and it's working fine now...</p> <p>Oh, and just to let you know the peeps over at StudioPress was wondering if it was Genesis conflict. So I did another test using Twenty Eleven theme and it happened with that one as well. Gravity Forms is not adding the additional markup to the notification email. It's normally that a plugin or the theme is processing the output from Gravity Forms and adding their own markup. I did deactivate the plugins, and nothing there. Actually activated the theme and GF on another test site, and nothing there.
