This is why they do not appear in a tree. These categories have subcategories, however when I add them to the form they do not appear as being listed under their parent category instead they appear like this:<br /> Parent Category A<br /> Parent Category B<br /> Parent Category C<br /> Subcatagory A<br /> Subcategory B</p> <p>How can I order them so that the subcategories appear under the correct parent in the form drop down list? </p>
