			<description>&#60;p&#62;Gravity Forms itself doesn't do this.  You would have to use another plugin or PHP to detect if the user is logged in and display the form if they are not.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This is a feature we plan on adding in a future release.  Probably the next feature release.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;1) I'm not sure what you are asking here.  Users do not have to be logged in to submit a form.  However, users can't edit their entries.  Entries can only be edited from the WordPress admin.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2) Every user dot not have one reference number.  If a user is logged into the site it will record their username, but if they aren't logged in it can't track individual users.  There is no QR code support.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;3) Entries can only be exported as CSV.  There is no PDF creation capabilities.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;4) I don't know what you mean by active user or deactivate.  Gravity Forms is for creating forms and capturing data, it doesn't have anything to do with users on your site.
