Where could I find somebody who could do this for me?

What would something like this cost to implement?

PDF email is not available by default; however, it is possible using Gravity Forms hooks and some custom code. If you are not familiar with PHP this would likely require the assistance of a developer.

I have searched but not found the right answer.

I have a client who is a medical office and would like to have their new patients fill out their information online and then have the information emailed to their office. The trick is that they need to be very certain that the data is not able to be modified at all.

Ideally they want the email submission to be a PDF form so that it is not editable (easily).

How would Gravity Forms handle this? Is a PDF email possible?

Thanks.
