If you were using complex conditional logic on a large number of fields it's possible you configured things in such a way that it caused problems. This isn't necessarily a bug, it's just possible to use conditional logic in such a way that it causes the form not to function properly because you have complete control over the conditional statements.

I made a duplicate of the form, and found that the form will submit once I removed 95% of my form fields. Is it possible that when I was using some hidden fields or required fields with "if" statements this was causing errors in submitting. Or is it possible the form has too many input fields and couldn't handle the submission?

I am going to have to have our lead programmer, Alex, look at this. He will have to debug things further. However, it isn't a Gravity Forms issue. It is an issue with your server configuration in how it's handling the post back.

You are the only user experiencing this issue so it is something specific with your web server. It's probably not something we are going to be able to fix by changing something in Gravity Forms, it is something with your web server setup itself.

Who is your web host?
