I can't replicate it and you mentioned you can't replicate it on other sites. It sounds like there is something wrong with that specific site, possibly a data related issue with the tables associated with that site. If i export the form and import to another site, it works. But not on the site that I created it on. Also - the array only shows up on the first pages of the form. The last page still shows previous and submit correctly. My site is also not live yet, so it is not accessible. The next/previous/submit buttons contain the correct labels.
