It's specific to that form, something with how it was setup or field settings associated with it. I created a new form on your site and it submitted fine. I logged out and viewed the site but am not seeing the CAPTCHA field at the end of the form. Double check to make sure you have configured the reCAPTCHA API keys in the Settings page of Gravity Forms (Forms &gt; Settings).
