Thanks for the help, Carl, it was a link to an Authorize.net form embedded in one of the form fields that was causing the entire issue. Your team correctly identified it and now my form is working perfectly.

On to integrate PHPurchase now....

I have reproduced the issue on your site and locally using an export of your form. It's specific to that form, something with how it was setup or field settings associated with it. I created a new form on your site and it submitted fine. I exported the form settings so we can import that form into our test sites and am going to have a developer take a look and see what is going on.

Send us a WordPress admin login for this site to us via our Contact Us form and we can take a look and do some debugging. Nobody else is reporting an issue like this so it appears to be something specific to your install or configuration.

Our Contact Us form is here: http://www.gravityforms.com/contact-us/

Thanks for the assist! My Firefox was up to date already. It doesn't work with theme Twenty Ten or the new Twenty Eleven. I deactivated all plugins except Gravity Forms, individually according to the instructions. Still not working.

this looks like it could be a markup issue with your theme. It is indeed working in Safari but not FireFox, and there isn't a known issue with FireFox which is one of the main browsers our team uses and the issue only appears to be occurring on your site.

Markup issues with themes are known to cause browser specific issues like this.

The first thing you need to do is test for theme and plugin conflicts by following the instructions here:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

I do have reCAPTCHA installed as a plugin with keys entered both in Gravity Forms and in the plugin settings. I logged out and viewed the site but am not seeing the CAPTCHA field at the end of the form. I just added a CAPTCHA field to the end of the form to see if that would do anything- I see the CAPTCHA field now, but submit button still inoperative..

It looks like you have added a CAPTCHA field to your form but you haven't setup the reCAPTCHA API KEYS in the Gravity Forms settings. Double check to make sure you have configured the reCAPTCHA API keys in the Settings page of Gravity Forms (Forms > Settings). It looks like you have added reCAPTCHA to your form, but it isn't being displayed which is why the form isn't submitting.

I have a form embedded in a woothemes wordpress theme on this page:

http://womenmilitaryaviators.org/join-wma/

Submit button does nothing. Is there a conflict with the theme possibly? I didn't see anything to enable the button or disable it, it simply doesn't call a script at all...
