Your jQuery call is located in the footer of your theme, rather than the header. While in some situations this will work fine, AJAX is not one of them. </p> <p>The Gravity Forms form AJAX currently requires that the jQuery is output in the header of your site so that is loaded prior to the AJAX code executing.</p> <p>So that appears to be what the issue is and why you get a jQuery error related to jQuery not being defined. When a user clicks "submit", nothing happens. The your form has been sent message does not appear.
