I think I answered this through e-mail, but the answer is no, Gravity Forms doesn't ship with any way to show similar topics. Gravity Forms can create WordPress posts, and you can use a related posts plugin to show such a thing.

Is there a way on Gravity Forms to bring up "Similar topics" (like on this forum) when a user is filling in specific fields ?

e.g. a contact form for help using an app , in the message detect keywords and show similar topics with links to FAQ's which could probably answer the question for them.
