We'd like to encourage people at an upcoming event to become members, but the event venue does not have an internet connection and is in a cell hole, so no connectivity. </p> <p>Does anyone have suggestions for converting the online membership form to one that will function offline? </p> <p>I was thinking of setting up xamp and a local installation of WordPress, which I can do on my PC, but there will be an ipad and unknown laptops at the event for this purpose. </p>
