Entries, however, are only visible in the WordPress administration tool. </p> <p>If you want the submissions to be accessible in some sort of gallery style template you would have to use post fields and create WordPress posts from the form submission data. These posts could be marked as drafts and only available to visible to you or other admins on your site and then they could be published to your site when they are ready. </p> <p>The posts that are created could use the Post Image field so that images uploaded are added as images for that post and then you could use the [gallery] shortcode in the post to show all the post images for that post as a gallery.</p> <p>As for "a database that is accessible offline" this is impossible as Gravity Forms is a WordPress plugin so the data would reside in your WordPress database on your web server. I need the platform I choose to handle a expected 1000+ applicants. I figure partnering Wordpress with Gravity Forms is an ideal solution.</p> <p>The members must be able to submit up to 6 images each, as well as a text file for C.Vs. I must be able to create an extended application form with verification fields/check boxes/etc. conditional formatting etc, as I have seen to be able to create in GF.</p> <p>The application forms should be stored and accessible by myself and my team in a manner for the judges to be able to privately view entries (Ideally in a gallery style template) until a specified date when chosen shortlisted are viewable by the public. It is also essential that from this there is a database that is accessible offline- for office use/archiving information.</p> <p>I wondered if your platform is compatible for my competition and if it<br /> is a suitable choice for my needs and if you could suggest any<br /> plug-ins/platforms/pairings that may be necessary to achieve such results.</p> <p>Best</p> <p>Tom </p>
