If a developer installed Gravity Forms for you and you are using their license key, then you have to go through them to get support or purchase your own license so that you qualify for support. I have noticed just in the last week that some of my form entries have completely disappeared from the entries panel. I have been successfully receiving in my email inbox the form submissions, but when i log into wordpress control panel, half of the entries are missing (although some are still there). So i dont know what is going on and i dont know how to get support here as i dont have the developers licence?</p> <p>Someone help? </p>
