			<description>&#60;p&#62;Is it possible to add a question type with 'multiple row' text entries? It would work like the Likert scale, such that you can add multiple rows such as 'First name', 'Last name', 'Streetname', 'Postcode' etc... but in a single survey-type question, rather than spread the different text inputs over 4 different questions.
