We do not do customizations ourselves but could refer you to WordPress consultants who have Gravity Forms experience.

Here are two we recommend:

Ounce of Talent

WebDevStudios
http://www.webdevstudios.com

We don't do paid modification requests. We're simply too busy working on updates, add-ons and other new product offerings. These are a couple of great developers who've done some really nice Gravity Forms customizations.

Gravity Forms does not do survey result calculations on fields. It only shows the entry data in table form and as individual entries. It doesn't currently have reporting capabilities or specialized features for use as an advanced survey. It is something we would like to do as an add-on in a future release.

Can Gravity Forms do this:

I need to create a survey with answers being yes/no/don't know. I would like to be able to log in and determine the percentage of users that answered yes/no/don't know for each question. I also need an easy way to figure out the total number of survey submissions. In addition to the questions, there will be an optional comments textbox at the end of the survey that would need to be viewable by the admin as well.

If it can't do this out of the box, does anyone know of any programmers that specialize with modifying Gravity Forms?
