Is there a way to list both questions and answers with a checkbox next to each question? </p> <p>For example. </p> <p>Question/Option 1:<br /> How old are you?<br /> a. 18-25<br /> b. 25-30<br /> c. 30-35</p> <p>The client would read through each question and answer and select the questions they would like to use in their mobile app...</p> <p>Appreciate the help here! </p>
