It would instead send a notification currently that just showed each question and the answer they submitted. As far as the results in the email, we have merge tags for use from the form fields on the form. Also, we'd like an email sent to a different email address, dependent on the selection of a user's name inside a drop down menu within the form.</p> <p>Your software seems to handle a lot, but can it do these things? Many thanks in advance. </p>
