Now, I'm making one big survey and it needs to put people in different categories based on how they answer. But this time, it's not a calculation so much (as in none=0, mild=1, moderate=2, etc.).</p> <p>This time I want them to somehow check off symptoms they're having in different categories. Then I want to add up how many symptoms were picked for each category. I would like to show them their results, prioritized by which health categories apply the most to them. </p> <p>For example, there may be questions on whether nails are brittle, hair is coarse, and weight is being gained. If all of these are chosen, I want them to be placed in the category of thyroid issues. And so on for each health category. I don't know if this is a calculation thing or not. The answers would be (1) none, (2) mild, (3) moderate, and (4) severe. </p> <p>I want to take each answer's score for the user's survey, add them up, and then somehow direct the user to a specific page that explains the category their answers fell into, along with a list of services or products that'll help them... Or describe 3-4 categories on one page, one of which contains the number range for their answers. </p> <p>How do I do this without paying extra for customization?
