It won't be identical though. You can add number fields and give them the CSS Class of "gf_inline" which will float them all on one line.</p> <p>You will have to add the vertical axis labels for each row.</p> <p>You will have to hide the number field titles for each column (on every row).</p> <p>I can be accomplished, a grid for data entry, but Gravity Forms is not designed to do this.
