It's no likely a theme issue because the same exact theme is on the test site and the form admin area is fine there. I do have a few additional plugins on my production site that may be causing the issue. Luckily I had the same form on a test site, so I updated it there and exported it out of the test site and imported it into the production site. </p> <p>I need to get this fixed on the real site, very soon, pls!</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
