			<description>&#60;p&#62;I need to set a tax rate by country. I am not using the form in a shopping cart so I don't have access the regular tax options. Also, the end-user will be getting invoiced so paypal addons don't really help me.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm using the product calculation field to calculate the tax but need to somehow muliply the total by whatever the tax rate is. There doesn't have to be a country pull-down, maybe some data from the wp user account info? Don't know.&#60;/p&#62;
