The HTML field is limited in the code it allows in part for security, and in part to reduce potential user issues. There is a way to allow more tags in any field through a hook, but we recommend that as a last resort - http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Gform_allowable_tags

Rob,

Ahhhhhhhh, the section break.

Man, with all the hard things I accomplish in life, these easy things seem to get the best of me sometimes. :)

I was trying to add tags to the html field which wouldn't show anything. I tried using css to the text area and html fields, nothing seemed to work. I didn't think to use the section break at all, thanks. I am curious as to why adding a text area tag wouldn't work in the html field, however.

Anyhow, great service as usual Rob!

Thanks again
Scott

Hey Scott, I see what you are trying to do now. Check this link out and click on the "Other Classes"

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/CSS_Ready_Classes

It will show you a nice way to do what you are looking for by using a section break and this ready class. Let me know how it goes.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for replying! I can do as you suggest, and it can be found here ( http://www.getspecific.com/contact-us/ ) since I can't seem to make a link easy, but my frustration lies in how to make a text field so my clients can actually read it comfortably and check the accept box and move on.

I can't keep this looooong text html fix for long though. I'd rather go Manuel.

Scott

Yikes! Sounds like all you have to do is create an HTML field with your terms text in it. Then use conditional logic on the HTML field to show it if option x is selected. Option X would be a drop down field or a checkbox field or a radio button field. Do you have a link to your form?

Frustration!!!
I want to simply make a choice.
The first choice will be for a free review. The second will be to purchase.

When choosing the purchase, I want to simply display my terms of purchase via a text field, DISPLAYING MY TERMS OF PURCHASE, via a conditional logic when my viewers CHOOSE THE PURCHASE OPTION, and it seems nothing shows at all.

HOW CAN I SIMPLY HAVE A CLIENT CHECK ANYTHING ( A CHECK BOX OR WHATEVER), SAYING THEY WANT TO PURCHASE, AND THEN DISPLAY, VIA CONDITIONAL LOGIC, MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS????

I've spent a 100 hours on this simple thing and I'M FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
